We only print on the highest quality paper using Epson professional level printers. We currently print using the EPSON 4800 Pro or the Epson 7800 Pro printers, both utilize K3 Ultra Chrome long life inks.
Should you have any concerns, we would be happy to send you a sample print of one of our images. This sample print would be in the form of a 5x7 print.
As I mentioned above, if you have any concerns about our abilities or the quality of our images and printing, we would be glad to send you a sample print on the media of your choice. We reserve the right to print this sample at a smaller size to keep our costs reasonable and we may only print a section of the image, but the sample will re-affirm our commitment to quality and customer service.
The world is a funny place in a sarcastic kind of of way. Cameras whether they be slide film or digital don't take pictures in the same ratios as that of the most popular frame sizes available to the masses. What does this mean ? For most part your photos have probably been cropped in some form without you realizing it at some point in time.
Most of our photos are taken at full frame or close to it. A full frame image is 1:1.5 ratio which for the general public would mean a 4 x 6 inch or 8 x 12 inch print or 12 x 18 inch print or 16 x 24 inch print. Notice how these all equal 1:1.5 ratio but are not the usual size frames you find at Walmart. This seems to be one of those unexplained wonders of the world.
A lot of our images cannot be cropped because they were taken at full frame. However those that can be cropped without affecting the quality of the final image are generally cropped to 8 x 10 inch which is equal to a 1:1.25 ratio. This translates into the commonly found frame sizes of 4 x 5 inch or 8 x 10 inch or 16 x 20 inch.
